HOUSE BILL NO. 517(title am) "An Act relating to the definition of                                  
certain security accounts, including certain reinvestment, investment                               
management, and custody accounts" was read the second time.                                         
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated HOUSE BILL NO. 517(title am) will be on                                 
the May 10 calendar.
